Everyday architecture makes life a little smoother, more fun, and more beautiful. We are currently looking for more experienced project managers who want to take a key role in our exciting and socially important projects in healthcare, social services, and educational facilities.

About the role

As a project manager, you will drive the project forward to ensure the right quality, results, and timelines. The work is largely independent and characterized by personal responsibility for planning and execution. At the same time, you will be part of our project management team that works together in the office, which creates good cohesion and provides excellent opportunities for knowledge exchange. You contribute with engagement, clear communication, and a desire to both develop yourself and strengthen the team.

We are looking for someone with experience in leading projects in healthcare, social services, and education. The role requires good system proficiency and experience with digital project tools such as Dalux, StreamBIM, Interaxo, or similar. If you have a broad network and perhaps a background as an entrepreneur or in a similar role, we see it as a plus—especially if you are now ready for employment in a larger context.

You are used to staffing, leading, distributing, executing, and following up on projects and feel confident in leading assignments that encompass multiple technical areas and varying complexity. As a person, you are social and communicative, with a strong drive and clear goal orientation. You are proactive, work independently, and enjoy taking responsibility. With a businesslike approach and genuine engagement, you contribute to developing both long-term relationships and successful projects.

Experience as a control manager (KA), inspector, BIM coordinator, or project manager is advantageous. Experience in drafting AF and contracts for ABT, AB, or ABK is also a plus, as well as training in Bas-P/U.

In this role, you combine a structured and methodical approach with the ability to see the big picture and be flexible when circumstances change.
